ConnectivHealth Names Steve NeSmith Vice President of Interactive
Promotion Reinforces Commitment to Delivering Hospitals and other Health Care Stakeholders Best-In-Class Digital Content
NASHVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 3, 2008 — ConnectivHealth, a provider of digital health information to physicians, health care professionals, hospitals, schools and health care consumers, today announced that Steve NeSmith has been promoted to the newly minted position of vice president of interactive. In this role, NeSmith, previously director of technology operations, will oversee technology, product development and marketing. The promotion coincides with ConnectivHealth's recent expansion of its product and marketing teams.

Bringing together a history of experience in both the hospital and publishing industries, NeSmith will be tasked with the integration of the ConnectivHealth content management systems and developing advanced applications that will enhance ConnectivHealth's broad range of digital output for its signature products, including HealthTeacher, which provides health education resources to grades K-12 and PeerClip, an online tool that enables physicians and health care professionals to them to share and discuss health care information. Marketing and product management will be key functions in the successful implementation and awareness of new product features, including social media and video.

Prior to joining ConnectivHealth in October 2007, NeSmith served as director of e-business at B&H publishing, manager of online marketing and strategy for LifeWay and director of new media for Orlando Regional Healthcare.
